- Start-up, maintain, and troubleshoot the Altivar line of drives
- Identify hardware components of the Altivar AC drive
- Modify the parameters of the Altivar AC drive
- Interpret diagnostic fault messages of the Altivar AC drive
This course is available for various Altivar VFDs, including: ATV 31, ATV71, ATV 58, ATV 66.

- Describe the different methods of communication and protocols used by VFD products and their common use
- Set up and configure communication links with other devices such as human machine interfaces and programmable logic controllers
- Use communication links to control a drive and display its status and fault logs
