Scheduled maintenance support for maximum uptime
Installed-base services, like regular preventive maintenance, can help to eliminate potential problems before they occur and to extend automation and control equipment life. Our maintenance support agreements are designed to be flexible and to help you achieve optimal productivity from our industry-leading Modicon®, Telemecanique® and Square D® branded automation products. Services provided:
- On-call service coverage between 8 am and 5 pm, Monday through Friday
- Priority on-site service response time
- Periodic preventative maintenance agreements (by request for flex-time)
- Installation of field change ordersInstallation start-up support
- Access to priority support web site (annual agreement only) includes:
- Product updates and announcements
- Comprehensive library of product user guides, firmware updates and resolution documents
- User forums, technical application notes, sample code
- “My home” page customization to meet your automation product needs

Annual Maintenance Agreement
Schneider Electric offers an annual agreement to help maintain and prevent problems with your automation and related equipment. By scheduling your maintenance in advance you are better able to control your expenses. Since you process only one purchase order per contract period you also significantly reduce administrative costs.
Flex-time Maintenance Agreement
The flex-time service agreement guarantees a factory-trained field service engineer will be available to support your Schneider Electric automation equipment whenever needed. Hours of on-site service are purchased up front, typically in 24 or 48 hour blocks, with no minimum service charges applied. The first four hours of travel are free. This program is designed to provide maximum protection at a minimum cost.
