Transparent Ready = Ethernet + web server

Transparent Ready products facilitate interoperability, thanks to Ethernet, MODBUS, and web technologies. Where multiple products are grouped, such as within a power equipment enclosure, they may connect on a multi-point network, such as Modbus RS-485 or CANOpen, with a centralized web server for all devices. In either case, a single Ethernet interface is provided. It’s all part of the flexible and open communications initiative from Schneider Electric called Transparent Ready.
