Multipole Lighting contactors are available in wide variety of enclosures suitable for lighting control.
Type L & LX feature
- 30 Amp ballast lighting rating, 20 Amp tungsten lighting rating
- Electrically and mechanically held
- 50-60 Hz rated
- 2 thru 12 pole versions
- Field-convertible contacts with N.O. and N.C. indicators (8 N.C. contacts maximum)
- Silver-Cadmium-Oxide double break contacts
- Available as open type or with following enclosures
- NEMA Type 1 General Purpose
- EMA Type 1 Flush Mounting General Purpose with Plaster Adjustment
- NEMA Type 3R Rainproof Enclosure
- NEMA Type 4 & 4X Watertight Dust tight and Corrosion Resistant Glass-Polyester
- NEMA Type 4 & 4X Watertight, Dust tight Brushed Stainless Steel
- NEMA Type 12 Dust tight and Drip tight for Industrial use
- Power Poles
- Kits provided to add 30A power poles conveniently to existing Type L contactors when additional circuits are required
- Type L contactors are supplied with mounting bracket, so adder poles may be conveniently mounted from the front by a single captive screw
- Adder poles supplied with standard N.O. contacts which are convertible to N.C. for flexibility
- UL Listed and CSA certified to meet a variety of North American needs
Type S feature
- Electrically and mechanically held
- 30 - 800 Amp lighting ratings
- 50-60 Hz rated
- 2 thru 5 pole versions (5 poles thru 200 Amps)
- UL Listed short-circuit rating up to 100,000 Amperes
- Mixed load ratings (lighting and motor)
- Factory wired controls and clearly marked termination points
- Quick ship on most items in 5-7 days
- Available as open type or with following enclosures

- Power Poles
- A single-pole of double-pole kit can be added to any 2 or 3 pole 30 or 60A contactors to make a 4 or 5 pole device for flexibility
- Factory assembled 4 and 5 pole contactors utilize the basic 3 pole device with a single or double-pole kit installed
- Only one power pole can be added per contactor
- Sufficient room is provided in all enclosure styles for conveniently adding a power pole
- UL Listed and CSA certified to meet a variety of North American needs
