The Micrologic® Ground Fault Module (GFM) is a UL Listed circuit breaker accessory designed for PowerPact® H-Frame and PowerPact J-Frame circuit breakers. The add-on module is easily field installable for convenience. It provides ground fault sensing and relaying functions to help protect equipment, reducing downtime from damage due to ground faults. The GFM provides protection with sensitivity ranges between 20A and 200A. For ground fault sensitivity levels from 30mA to 3A, see our Earth Leakage Modules.

Add-on Ground Fault Module (GFM) Features

• UL 1053 - Ground-fault Sensing and Relaying Equipment
• Adjustable ground-fault pickup levels from 20A to 100A with H-Frame companion breaker and 40A to 200A with J-Frame companion breaker
• Adjustable ground-fault delays from 0.2 sec to 0.6 sec
• Integral ground fault push-to-test feature meets NEC 230-95(c)
• Ground fault trip indicator includes pop-up button for local status
• All GFMs are supplied with required hardware for I-Line® or unit-mount applications
• A 12 Vdc shunt trip is required in the circuit breaker; it may be field-installed (Cat. No. S29382) or factory-installed (suffix -SN) in the UL 489 Listed PowerPact H- and J-Frame circuit breakers
• Optional Neutral current transformer for 3-phase 4-wire applications
• 120 Vac control power is required for integral test feature
• Zone-selective interlocking capability with upstream Micrologic trip system circuit breakers is standard
